Rates & Insurance?

60-minute individual therapy or EMDR sessions are $250 and can be prorated to accommodate 30, 45 or 90 minute sessions if clinically appropriate.

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I’m not directly contracted with insurance companies. But don’t worry—I’ll help you navigate the process so it feels simple, not stressful.

As part of working together, I will:
• Check your out-of-network benefits for you
• Submit claims on your behalf (so it’s one less thing on your to-do list)
• Let you know your estimated reimbursement before we begin

Many clients are surprised to learn they can receive significant reimbursement this way.

What if I need an in-network provider?

If you’re located in New York and wish to use your in-network benefits, I can connect you with another clinician on my team who accepts Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and BCBS. You can also email me what you’re looking for, and I’ll send personalized referral options within a week.

Which service is right for me?

Every client’s needs are unique. Here’s a quick breakdown to help you decide where to start:

  • Individual Therapy
Perfect if you’re seeking weekly support for anxiety, people-pleasing, or boundary-setting. We’ll build awareness, tools, and resilience over time.

  • EMDR Therapy
Ideal if you’re working through trauma, emotional neglect, or painful memories that still affect your mood or relationships. EMDR helps you process and release those experiences more deeply.

  • Intensive Therapy
Best for clients who want to make significant progress quickly. These extended sessions allow you to dive deep into one or two key themes for faster, focused healing.

Still unsure? That’s completely okay—we’ll discuss the best fit during your free intro call and create a plan that feels right for you.

Where is your office located?

I run a fully virtual practice and meet with clients via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Many clients find this even more convenient than in-person therapy—no commuting, no waiting rooms, and the flexibility of joining from your own space.

Do you offer sliding scale sessions?

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients with financial need. Please email me to check availability. If none are open, I can add you to my waiting list or connect you with one of my associate therapists offering sessions starting at $60 per session.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected by credit or debit card at the time of each session. Your card will be securely stored in my client portal for convenience. You may also use your HSA or FSA card. I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance or HSA for reimbursement.

Can you work with clients in any state or country?

I’m licensed to provide therapy to clients located in New York and South Carolina. The Counseling Compact is expected to go into effect soon, which will allow me to work with clients in over 30 U.S. states. Stay tuned for updates!

What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full session fee.
